今次小菜菜帶你試下cooking mama嘅雞蛋餅。
食材:
雞蛋3只、水、麵粉、青椰菜、豬腩肉、蝦仁、沙律醬
步驟:
1. 將3只雞蛋打散。(mama係高難度單手打蛋,有興趣嘅話可以嘗試,但唔建議咁做!)
2. 攪勻雞蛋,將雞蛋、水加入麵粉中。(小菜菜有同時用豉油醃左腩肉同埋蝦仁,會好食啲嘅)
3. 充分混合雞蛋、水、麵粉。
4. 將青椰菜切碎。
5. 係麵漿中加入豬腩肉、青椰菜碎、蝦仁。(要記得攪勻,同埋加鹽!mama無show到加鹽嘅過程)
6. 加熱鑊後加油,放入麵漿,煎至兩面金黃後即可出鑊。(呢度真係可以跟返mama嘅步驟)
7. 用沙律醬係蛋餅上畫上自己鍾意嘅形狀,完成!
